Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 9, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of websites, applications, communications, systems, and services operated by or on behalf of PTS, the registered Brand name used for PTS communications and messaging services.
References to PTS, PTS PRISM, the PTS PRISM Command Center, PRISM.OS, and AIM refer to PTS and the systems, technologies, and services operated by or on behalf of PTS.
By using PTS systems, accessing PTS services, or participating in applicable PTS communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. PTS Systems and Services
PTS may provide websites, applications, portals, communications platforms, training systems, event-management systems, artificial-intelligence-assisted systems, and other technologies for use by employees, independent contractors, representatives, applicants, clients, brands, business partners, and other authorized users.
These systems may include PTS PRISM, PRISM.OS, the PTS PRISM Command Center, AIM, and other technologies used to coordinate PTS operations.
Authorized users agree to use PTS systems only for legitimate business or authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable policies, agreements, laws, and instructions.
2. User Responsibilities
Users of PTS systems and services are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current contact information
- Maintaining the security of their login credentials where applicable
- Promptly notifying PTS if contact information changes
- Reviewing operational communications reasonably related to their relationship with PTS
- Following applicable instructions, policies, agreements, and procedures
- Not using PTS systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes

PTS may restrict or terminate access to its systems when reasonably necessary for security, operational, contractual, or legal reasons.
3. SMS Terms
PTS may communicate with individuals through SMS, MMS, RCS, or similar mobile messaging technologies.
Messages may be sent manually or through automated systems, including PTS PRISM, the PTS PRISM Command Center, PRISM.OS, and AIM.
PTS messaging may include:
- Event assignments and schedules
- Work instructions
- Operational alerts
- Requests for action or acknowledgment
- Training notifications
- Performance-related notifications
- Schedule changes
- Reminders
- Safety or operational communications
- Account or system notifications
- Other communications related to an individual's relationship with PTS
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Consent
Where consent is required, individuals agree to receive applicable text messages from PTS at the mobile telephone number they provide.
Consent may be documented through an agreement, electronic form, application, website, text-message confirmation, or other appropriate opt-in mechanism.
Individuals may be asked to reply to an initial confirmation message to verify that the mobile number belongs to them and that messaging is functioning properly.
Consent to receive automated marketing messages, if any are ever offered separately, is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from PTS.
Opting Out
You may opt out of applicable automated text messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After a valid STOP request is received, PTS will discontinue applicable automated messaging to that mobile number in accordance with applicable messaging requirements.
You may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out request.
If an individual has an ongoing employment, contractor, representative, event, or business relationship with PTS, opting out of text messaging does not eliminate responsibilities to remain reasonably reachable through another communication method designated by PTS.
Help
Where supported, you may reply:
HELP
for additional information regarding the messaging program or instructions for contacting PTS.
You may also contact PTS using the contact information provided at the end of these Terms & Conditions.
Mobile Number Changes
If you discontinue or change your mobile telephone number, you are responsible for promptly notifying PTS so that PTS records can be updated.
You should not knowingly provide PTS with a telephone number belonging to another individual without authorization.
4. Automated and Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Communications
Certain PTS systems may generate, analyze, prioritize, route, or respond to communications automatically.
This may include communications generated or processed through AIM, PRISM.OS, or the PTS PRISM Command Center.
Automated systems may use information associated with an event, assignment, schedule, operational condition, communication, performance indicator, uploaded information, or other authorized business information to determine when a message or notification should be generated.
Users remain responsible for complying with legitimate PTS instructions and obligations applicable to their role or relationship with PTS.
5. Messaging Delivery and Acknowledgments
PTS may maintain records showing whether communications were:
- Created
- Sent
- Delivered
- Undelivered
- Failed
- Read, where supported by the communication technology
- Acknowledged
- Responded to
- Resolved
Delivery indicators supplied by telecommunications providers do not necessarily establish that an individual personally viewed or understood a communication.
PTS may therefore request an acknowledgment, reply, confirmation, or other action when confirmation is operationally important.
6. Privacy
Use of PTS systems and messaging services is also subject to the PTS Privacy Policy.
PTS's Privacy Policy explains what information PTS collects, how that information is used, and how PTS handles mobile messaging and SMS opt-in information.
PTS does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Availability of Services
PTS attempts to maintain reliable systems and communications; however, PTS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Communications may occasionally be delayed or prevented by circumstances outside PTS's control, including:
- Mobile carrier availability
- Device settings
- Network outages
- Internet outages
- Telecommunications filtering
- Software or infrastructure failures
- Incorrect contact information
- Conditions affecting third-party service providers
Users should use an alternative authorized communication method when an urgent matter cannot reasonably be communicated through the normal PTS system.
8. Intellectual Property
PTS systems, software, materials, processes, training content, documentation, graphics, branding, methodologies, and related intellectual property may be owned by PTS or licensed for use by PTS.
This may include PTS proprietary systems and methodologies such as PTS PRISM, PRISM.OS, AIM, and associated technologies.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants a user ownership rights in PTS intellectual property.
Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, disclose, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit PTS proprietary materials except as expressly authorized by PTS or permitted by law.
9. Confidential Information
Users may obtain access to confidential information concerning PTS, its clients, brands, representatives, operations, technology, customers, sales activity, or business relationships.
Such information must be handled in accordance with applicable agreements, policies, and legal obligations.
Access to confidential information through a PTS system does not authorize disclosure or use outside the purpose for which access was provided.
10. Third-Party Services
PTS may use third-party service providers for services such as telecommunications, messaging, hosting, data processing, software infrastructure, security, payments, analytics, or other operational functions.
Availability of PTS services may depend in part on these third-party systems.
Use of third-party technologies may also be subject to applicable third-party terms, carrier requirements, or technical limitations.
11. Changes to These Terms
PTS may modify these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in its operations, technologies, messaging programs, legal requirements, or business practices.
Updated Terms & Conditions will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued use of applicable PTS systems or services following an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
